Meet Our Providers
Payton Tobin, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has been a provider at Family First Urgent Care since December 2021. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Physician Associate Program. She has been specially trained to see urgent care patients of all ages and has a passion for treating pediatric and geriatric patients. Payton grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma and considers it a privilege to treat patients within this community. When not working in the clinic, Payton loves to hang out with her family (including her cat and dog), spend time outside in the sun, or support the Sooners.
She is an energetic and happy provider who easily connects to patients, paving the way to excellent patient care.
Christy Wilcox, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Associate and founding medical partner at Family First Urgent Care, where she has served the Yukon community since 2001. With a background in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Hormone Health, Weight Management, and Urgent Care, Christy is passionate about providing personalized, prompt care to patients of all ages. She is an expert in advanced hormone replacement, including pellet therapy, with extensive training and experience. Originally from El Reno, Oklahoma, Christy lives in Yukon with her husband, Dave Wilcox, PA-C, and their two children. She enjoys lake time in the summer and maintaining a balanced life.
Crystal Richerson, PA-C , is originally from Oklahoma, where she attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University, earning her undergraduate degree in Biological Health Sciences. After graduation, she earned her Master's degree in the Physician Assistant program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Crystal has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2001. She has a diverse medical background, including Family Practice, Urgent Care/ Emergency medicine, Accident Care, Bariatrics, and Aesthetics. You can confidently ask any question to Crystal. She holds a board certification for the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
She enjoys spending time with her family and has a soft spot for pets.
Shelley Cragg, PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Associate. She is a highly experienced provider, having special training and experience in the emergency department, pain, and wound care. Her experience lends itself quite well to urgent care and she is a reliable source of injury and emergency care. Shelley’s training has made her adept at treating many respiratory illnesses. She has a comforting smile and happy disposition that puts patients at ease. She has more than 24 years of experience.
Shelley grew up in Western Oklahoma and has served patients in Central Oklahoma for more than 24 years.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage sons.
Nick Wilson PA-C is a Board Certified Physician Associate. He is specially trained to see emergency and urgent care patients. He has special interest in preventive care and integrative medicine. His advanced training in spine and orthopedics makes him particularly useful to our patients who need accident care.
Prior to joining Family First, Nick spent time in the clinic and the surgery center. He still enjoys his time in the surgery center in high-risk spine cases. We are lucky to have Nick on our staff.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys time with family and friends.
